All the users of this site are referred to as Offeror Users and Recipients Users, which are explained as follows.
Offeror Users are defined as the users who create content for the site and upload advertisements. They are also entitled to set up profiles in accordance with paid services. Recipient users are allowed to access the content created by Offeror users and can get in contact with them through the contact information offered by the Offeror users.
Users should continue to browse the site after gaining full knowledge of the terms and conditions, as browsing would signify giving consent. If you do not wish to be bound by the site’s terms of usage, cease using the site immediately. 
Our privacy policy, which details how we use cookies and related technologies, governs how we use your data. We only collect the minimal amount of personal information that is required under applicable law for us to fulfil our legal obligations, provide the service by these Terms of Use, and further our legitimate interests in enhancing the service, expanding its geographic reach, and advancing the security and welfare of our Users.
Suppose you would like to become an Offeror User. In that case, you must affirm that you agree to the terms of use, which include the Acceptable Use Policy, Summary, and Guidelines, as stated below, at the time that you place the advertisement or create the profile.
It is to be noted that this site only acts as a platform provider. We do not screen any user profiles or advertising posted on the site, although we will remove advertisements or profiles that are;

• - contravene these Terms of Use, or
• - contain any malware or any other material which risks interfering with or degrading the proper performance of the Site; or
• - we consider in our absolute discretion to be prejudicial to the proper performance of the service or
• - we consider are unlawful in nature (for instance, anything which is harassing in nature, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, or harm minors in any way) or may be in breach of any applicable criminal laws or regulations binding on us; or
• - constitute or may constitute harassment or bullying of any other User or other third party; or
• - are threatening, abusive, or discriminatory; or
• - are required by a judicial order from a competent court or competent government agency.

We have installed a “Report Abuse” function allowing users to report any advertisement that they deem contravening the Terms of Use, especially a) underage content, b) has not been published by or with the consent of the person included within them, or c) is otherwise illegal. We review all the advertisements that are reported to us and take action accordingly, demanding further documentation from the Offeror who placed the advertisement to confirm their age and suitability to place before rejecting it.
Consider going through the sections marked “Acceptable Use Policy” and “Summary and Guidelines” as they thoroughly describe the details that are considered to be a violation of these Terms. However, it is entirely up to the users to determine for themselves the laws applicable to any material they contribute to the Site and whether or not such material complies with the Terms of Use.
The right to ban Users for severe or repeated breaches of these Terms is reserved to us exclusively. We will not be liable for any losses, claims, damages, or other expenses resulting from the removal of any advertisement or the banning of any user. Refunds for any money paid to us will not be given except for the specific circumstances outlined in the "Refunds Policy" section below.
This website does not encourage human trafficking, sex trafficking, or physical abuse, and it should not be used for it. If any content is found with indications of human trafficking or sex trafficking is identified, the account will immediately be suspended, and we will cooperate with law enforcement to identify the offenders. 

Obligations and Behavior of the User

We offer strictly adult-only service, and by using our services, users can confirm that they are 18 years old or older. It is a violation of Terms and Use if one falsely claims to be over 18 years old or attempts to get past the age verification process that we may have placed.
As mentioned before, Recipient Users should be aware that our website has no prior control over the advertisements placed by Offeror Users. This site does not work as a facilitator or an agent of any Users, and it disclaims all liability and responsibility for any risks, demands, or other matters resulting from any service provision or other interaction between Offeror Users and Recipient.
By choosing the service, Users assume full and exclusive responsibility for any behaviour they show towards the site, including third parties, but this responsibility is not limited to other users.
We do not guarantee or take responsibility for the accuracy or the truthfulness of any advertisement placed by Offeror Users or regarding the results of the agreement between Offeror Users and Recipient Users.

Limitation of Liability

These Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit any liability of any party for personal injury or death by negligence of that person or any other person who is responsible. It also does not apply to fraud or any other liability that may not be excluded or limited by the law.
The site and its affiliates, managers, officers, employees and directors do not accept any liability to

• - Loss and damage that arise from unavoidable circumstances outside their control;
• - Any loss or damage caused by the unavailability or interruption of the service or site;
• - Any direct or indirect loss of profits, business, or reputation;
• - Any loss, damage or corruption of data;
• - Any indirect, statutory or consequential losses, even though it may have been advised that those losses may occur.

The site and its affiliates, managers, directors, employees or officers’ liability to Users for any losses and damages that may arise in contract, breach, statutory duty, or consecutively or under legal theory whatsoever arising out of or in connection to the site or service shall, (without the detriment to the Refunds Policy mentioned below) in case of paid services, the amount equivalent to the highest sum paid by any User in twelve months immediately prior to the event can claim a sum of £500 and in case of other services, £150.
The provisions and sub-provisions mentioned above are separate and independent, and finding nullity or unenforceability of any provision or sub-provision will not affect the enforceability of any other provisions, remaining in full effect and intact.

Paid Services: Offeror Users

It is assumed that by publishing an advertisement, which includes creating a profile, an Offeror User is enabling us to promote it for more visibility on our site and to operate the service to ensure maximum effectiveness in the relevant markets. When creating an online profile or posting an advertisement on our site, offeror users confirm that they are of legal age in the relevant jurisdiction; they also confirm that they are the person identified in that particular profile and haven’t been coerced in any way.
Any advertisement placed by an Offeror User should not be under any violation of the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction or country of the Offeror User. Suppose any violation of the applicable laws or a breach of these Terms is found. In that case, we reserve all rights to remove the advertisement without any refunds, delete the profiles, and ban users from creating future profiles or placing advertisements on the site if we find offenders of laws and regulations.
Please note that Seekerpleasure does not interfere with the negotiations that may arise between an Offeror User and a Recipient User.

Refunds Policy

Money cannot be refunded in case of Paid Services to Offeror Users. Still, we may offer credit exceptionally and at our discretion for unused money and priorly paid money against future Paid Services. In particular (without limitation)

• - The right to make modifications or changes in any profile or advertisement is exclusively reserved to us. We may intervene through the site, redesign, refocus, or change its function without any prior notice. We may also limit or terminate a User’s accessibility due to maintenance, technicality, or any other reasons, without prior notification. No  Offeror User can claim any kind of compensation or refund in case of such unavailability, modifications, or changes.
• - In case of receiving any request from a financial institute or a platform to our payment provider regarding any refund, we reserve the right to block that Offeror User’s profile until we receive a confirmation from our payment provider that all the issues have been solved to the satisfaction of the payment provider or the financial institution.

Refunds: This policy states that any kind of payment a User makes for a Service on our site is generally non-refundable. It means that the payments made for Services on this site do not include refunds and you may not be entitled to one. 
Exceptional Credit: Our Policy does offer some exceptions, the site or its authorities may provide additional credit at their discretion. It is to be noted that this is an exceptional case and not an automated right but a discretion measure. This credit can be used for future Paid Services.
Site Changes and Maintenance: We reserve the sole right to make any changes or alterations to the website that may include design, focus, or functional content without prior notice. It may also limit the User’s access to the site due to maintenance or technical reasons. In cases like these, the Users are not entitled to any compensation or refund of any kind based on the changes, alterations, or temporary unavailability. 
User Policy and Blocking: If a refund request is received from a financial institution or platform to the company’s payment provider, the company reserves the right to block the User’s profile. Any unblocking will be at the discretion of the company.

Acceptable Use Policy

By creating a profile or an advertisement, the User agrees not to use the site in an improper way or in a which violates any applicable law, rules, ethical guidelines, and good conduct of the network services. Users particularly agree not to post content on the site that is libellous, offensive, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, paedophile, vulgar, blasphemous, or in any way contrary to public morality, orders, and principles.
It is up to the Offeror Users to ensure that their advertisements' content meets the relevant rules and regulations. It is their responsibility not to publish or advertise an unlawful service or post any information that is illegal in their jurisdiction.
Offeror Users ensure that they are the data subjects or that they have explicit informed consent and personal data of all people included in the advertisement placed by them and these materials will not be used in advertisements that contradict the copyright or violate the intellectual property rights of the third person without the permission from them.
Offeror Users should be aware that by providing their email address on an advertisement hosted by the site, the site has no control over any kind of materials that can be sent directly to the said email address, whether by a User or in reply to the advertisement. 

Summary and Guidelines

Offeror Users are requested to go through the following summary of the above-mentioned Terms and Conditions. This summarised version is provided for the convenience of our Users and to avoid any doubt. This summary should not be taken as legal advice for what material is to be considered lawful to include in an advertisement or profile.

• - Images or content of a pornographic nature that shows obscene or explicit images of genitalia or other obscene materials that are contrary to the provisions of applicable law are not allowed on this site,
• - Materials that contravene “extreme pornographic” which may include erotic content with acts appearing to be non-consensual, involving animals, involving sexual acts with dead bodies, acts that may threaten a person’s life, or acts that result in an injury to a person’s anus, breasts or genitals are not allowed,
• - Any material that includes acts without each participant’s consent of erotic material on private occasions (revenge porn) is not allowed,
• - Any material that promotes, depicts, includes, or offers sexual activity with a minor or materials that encourage or promote paedophilia is not allowed,
  Any inclusion of paedophile material in any profile or advertisement will be immediately reported to the respective authorities, including all the access and metadata. The right to report materials that contravene our rules on extreme pornography or revenge pornography is reserved for us,
• - By putting up a profile or advertisement, Users certify that they are of legal age to do so, they also declare the materials uploaded belong to a person of legal age who has given their free and informed consent to being published on our site,
• - Before posting an advertisement on the site that includes creating an online profile, Offeror Users have to confirm that they are of legal age in their relevant jurisdiction, that they are the person identified in the profile, and that they have not been coerced in any way. We will not publish advertisements or content or let them use the services until or unless Offeror Users give these confirmations,
• - The same advertisement is permitted to be published in a maximum of three different cities,
• - Repetition of the same advertisement in the same city at the same time is prohibited, and
• - Including any kind of hypertext links in advertisements or profiles is not allowed.

These terms and conditions are subject to change and we will operate the service at our sole discretion to maximize the efficiency in relevant geographical markets.
Users may not engage in misleading or deceptive behaviours, illegal trading, Ponzi, or pyramid schemes, or engage in any activity that may mislead or deceive any other User that implies that any person or User is endorsing in their profile or content to be acting like a brand ambassador or representing any organisation. We will take down any content that violates any of the above. If you wish to report materials on the Site that you believe to be violating our set terms of use, you may contact us at privacy@seekerpleasure.com.

Privacy Policy

The site (as stated in the Terms of Use) guarantees to protect your privacy. Personal information including sensitive data that we may receive, collect, process, store, deal or handle is done according to the relevant Data Protection Legislation.
This Privacy Policy along with Terms and Conditions and other documents referred to on our website sets out the basis on which your personal information will be held and processed.
It is to be noted that when you set out to contact any Offeror User using the contact information or any material provided by that Offeror User on our site, we cannot be held responsible for that data or how the Offeror User uses any personal information transferred to them. In such cases, Offeror Users become the data controllers and we are in no way able to control or be responsible for your personal information in their hands.

What Information Do We Collect

We collect information such as (1) Offeror Users who place advertisements or create profiles on the site are asked to provide information accordingly specifically Offeror Users who are in the course of completing advertisement placement or profile creating. (2) Recipient Users (as defined by Terms and Conditions) who browse our website and wish to contact an Offeor User. 
We collect e-mail addresses from (1) Offeror Users wishing to place advertisements on our site or create a profile and (2) Recipient Users who browse our site and make contact with Offeror Users. Any other information collected by us is limited to the information submitted and consented to by Offeror Users when they successfully place an advertisement or create a profile, Offeror Users may choose to not disclose any information as well.
We collect information only when,

• - It is for a lawful purpose connected to the site, function or activity; and 
• - Sensitive personal information is only collected when it is considered necessary for the purpose it has been collected.

The legal basis of the collection of data in the case of Offeror Users is necessary as the information helps to form a contract between the Offeror User and the website, also the Offeror Users have the choice to make optional personal information public or private. In the case of Recipient Users, the legal basis for the collection of personal data is the consent of the said Users as stated below. Moreover, the site has a legitimate interest in collecting and processing data regarding the rights and freedom of the data subjects, for business administrative, fraud prevention and compliance purposes.
